This document governs the website, services, products, AI tools (Multifampro AI and Contractor Studio AI), voice agents, appointment generation, BDR programs, subscriptions, courses, coaching, workshops, and related communications ("Services") provided by Manada de Lobos, LLC (dba Wolfpack Construction).
Part A — Privacy Policy
2) Information We Collect
Identity and Contact: Name, email, phone, company, role, mailing address.
Account and Subscription: Login credentials, profile info, plan tier, billing history.
Billing: Payment method tokens, transaction details (processed by PCI-compliant processors).
Business Data You Provide: Lead lists, property contacts, scripts, call frameworks, calendars, campaign preferences, notes, and documents.
Communications: Emails, SMS/MMS, chat messages, calendar invites, support tickets.
Voice and Call Data: Call recordings, voicemails, caller ID, call metadata, transcripts, dispositions, minute usage.
AI Interactions: Prompts, file uploads, generated outputs, feedback, tool usage logs.
Usage and Device: IP address, device and browser type, referral URLs, pages viewed, session duration, feature interactions, crash logs.
Cookies/Tracking: Essential, analytics, performance, and preference cookies; pixels; tags.
Education and Coaching: Course enrollments, progress, assessments, attendance, coaching notes.
Integrated Platforms: CRM/calendar integration metadata and fields you authorize (e.g., property manager contacts, appointment outcomes).
3) How We Use Information
Service Delivery: Account setup, authentication, subscription management, BDR execution, appointment scheduling, voice agent operations, AI tool functionality, course/coaching delivery, and support.
Communications: Service notices, operational updates, appointment confirmations, campaign approvals, and relevant education. Marketing communications flow with simple opt-out.
Analytics and Improvement: Product development, feature performance, quality assurance for calls and AI outputs, fraud prevention, and capacity planning.
Compliance and Safety: Legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of terms.
4) Legal Bases (where applicable)
Contract performance.
Legitimate interests in service improvement and security.
Consent for specific marketing, cookies, and certain data sharing.
Legal obligations.
5) Information Sharing
Service Providers and Subprocessors: Hosting, analytics, payments, telephony/SMS, AI model providers, CRM sync, email delivery, calendar integrations, call transcription. Providers receive only what is needed and follow confidentiality and security commitments.
Client-Authorized Sharing: Appointments and outcomes placed on your calendar, CRM updates you request, campaign reporting to designated team members.
Legal and Safety: Court orders, regulatory requests, or security incidents that require disclosure.
Corporate Events: Mergers, acquisitions, financing, or asset transfers with continuity protections.
Zero sale or rental of personal information.
6) International Data Transfers
Cross-border transfers may occur. Safeguards include Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms where required.
7) Retention
Account and Subscription Records: Active term plus a reasonable period for compliance and recordkeeping.
Call Recordings/Transcripts: Retained for operations, QA, compliance, and training within defined schedules.
AI Interactions and Logs: Retained to operate and improve features, subject to product-level settings and law.
Marketing and Cookie Data: Retained per engagement and analytics needs.
You can request deletion, access, or correction at any time.
8) Security
Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including access controls, encryption in transit, network security, audit logging, vendor diligence, and incident response. Security continuously improved as threats evolve.
9) Your Choices and Rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objections where applicable.
Opt-out of marketing via unsubscribe links or by contacting us.
Cookie controls through browser settings and site-level preferences.
Authorized Agent and appeal processes honored where required by law.

10) AI-Specific Disclosures
AI prompts, files, and outputs may pass through third-party model providers as processors.
AI outputs require human review before use in operations, outreach, or legal/financial decisions.
Avoid sharing sensitive data in prompts (payment cards, Social Security numbers, protected health information). If received in error, sensitive values are removed or redacted when feasible.
11) Voice, SMS, and Dialing Compliance
Calls, recordings, and SMS/MMS operate under applicable laws (e.g., TCPA, TSR, CAN-SPAM/CASL equivalents).
You confirm lawful basis and consent for contact lists you provide.
Recording prompts and disclosures follow jurisdictional requirements.
“Stop” and unsubscribe signals honored promptly.
12) Third-Party Links and Integrations
External sites and integrations operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Use them under their policies and permissions.
13) Children’s Data
Services target business users 18 years and older. Records for children under 13 fall outside service scope and are removed once identified.
14) Changes
Policy updates post to this page with a new effective date. Material updates trigger notice via email or in-app message where feasible.

Part B — Terms & Conditions
16) Acceptance and Governing Agreements
Use of the Services signifies your binding agreement to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Certain Services, including but not limited to the "Exclusive 'BDR' Business Development Role" program, are governed by a separate, specific, executed agreement (e.g., "BDR Contract + Credit Card Authorization"). If you have executed such an agreement with Manada de Lobos, LLC, the terms of that specific agreement shall supersede and control over any conflicting provisions in this general Terms & Conditions document.
17) Accounts and Eligibility
Business use by individuals 18+ with authority to bind their organization.
Keep credentials confidential and maintain accurate account info.
18) Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
Subscriptions for general Services (e.g., AI tools, courses) renew automatically by default.
You authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate, executed service agreement (which shall control), standard upgrades/downgrades and cancellations take effect per your plan settings and billing cycle.
Taxes, carrier fees, and telephony charges may apply based on usage.
Minutes, seats, or usage allocations apply to voice agents and telephony features; overages incur usage charges per your plan.
19) BDR, Voice Agents, and Appointments
Scope: Outreach, follow-up, appointment setting, voice agent calls, email/SMS sequences, list management under your direction and approved messaging.
Governing BDR Contract: All "Exclusive BDR" services are governed by the specific terms, 6-month minimum commitment, weekly fees, onboarding fees, commission structures, and cancellation policies as detailed in your executed BDR Contract + Credit Card Authorization. The terms of that specific agreement supersede all general provisions in this document.
Lists and Consent: You supply accurate, permissioned contact data or authorize Wolfpack Construction to source lists under compliance rules. You warrant permission and lawful basis for each contact.
Recording and QA: Calls may be recorded and transcribed for QA, training, and compliance. Jurisdictional disclosures are provided during calls where required.
Appointment Standards: Appointment definitions, qualification criteria, acceptance rules, and reschedule/no-show processes follow your documented preferences and service plan.
Best-Effort Performance: Outcomes vary by market conditions, list quality, property priorities, seasonality, and asset class dynamics. Campaigns iterate based on data and your feedback.
Campaign Materials: Scripts, cadences, and creative developed by Wolfpack Construction may be reused and improved inside the service.
20) AI Tools: Multifampro AI and Contractor Studio AI
License: A limited, revocable, non-transferable license for business use during your subscription.
Prompts and Outputs: You remain responsible for review and use. AI may produce errors or content requiring expert judgment.
Restrictions: No scraping, model extraction, reverse engineering, or automated high-volume testing outside documented APIs and rate limits.
Third-Party Models: Certain features rely on third-party AI providers that act as processors under separate security and data terms.
21) Courses, Coaching, and Community
Access provided for the enrolled participant or licensed team seats.
Content serves educational purposes only and excludes legal, tax, medical, accounting, investment, or HR advice.
Community participation requires professional conduct and confidentiality.
22) Acceptable Use
Use the services only for lawful, professional, and ethical business purposes.
No use for spamming, harassment, discrimination, infringing rights, or any unlawful activity.
No attempt to disrupt, bypass, or reverse-engineer Wolfpack Construction technologies, systems, or protections.
Respect all copyright, trademark, and proprietary notices.
23) Intellectual Property
All content, software, course materials, branding, and proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of Manada de Lobos, LLC (dba Wolfpack Construction) and its licensors.
Access is granted via limited-use licenses; no transfer, resale, reproduction, or distribution without written approval.
Client-owned data, scripts, and contact lists remain your property.
24) Disclaimers
Services, AI tools, and outputs are provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or error-free operation.
Manada de Lobos, LLC is not liable for direct or indirect business losses, missed opportunities, or third-party actions outside its control.
AI-generated content, recommendations, and data require professional judgment and review before use in business decisions.
25) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manada de Lobos, LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
No liability for consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
26) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manada de Lobos, LLC (dba Wolfpack Construction), its team, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, data you provide, or violation of these terms.
27) Termination
Manada de Lobos, LLC may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, suspected misuse, or legal/regulatory requirements.
Upon termination, outstanding payments become due and proprietary materials must be discontinued and deleted as instructed.
Termination policies for specific services (like the BDR program) are governed by their specific, executed agreements.
28) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Disputes will be handled through good faith negotiations, followed by binding arbitration if unresolved.
Venue and jurisdiction will be set in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
29) Changes to Terms
Manada de Lobos, LLC may update these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as needed.
Continued use of services after changes signifies acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
